Engine oil inspection: Just pull out the oil gauge every few days, wipe it clean, insert it in, and pull it out again to see if the liquid level of the engine oil is between the upper limit and the lower limit.

Engine oil

Check: Just pull out the oil gauge every few days, wipe it clean, insert it in, and pull it out again to see if the liquid level of the engine oil is between the upper limit and the lower limit.

Note: Generally speaking, the consumption of engine oil is not serious enough to pass the cycle between two maintenances, but in summer due to the hot weather, the consumption of engine oil will be a little higher than usual. If it is found in the daily inspection that there are impurities in the engine oil or the smell of gasoline, and the exhaust smoke is light blue, it means that there is something wrong with the engine, and the parts may be abnormally worn. Please go to the factory for inspection.

Gasoline

Check: Be diligent to check whether the oil gauge is at the bottom.

Note: Do not let the fuel gauge go to the bottom before refueling. Most new cars use electric gasoline pump rods and electronic fuel sensor. Be careful to let it soak in gasoline to dissipate heat. In addition, the fuel level is too low, which may also affect the exhaust. The oxygen sensor of the system, these parts are not cheap, so don't go beyond the bottom line to refuel.

Gearbox oil

Inspection: When changing the engine oil, you can check the gearbox oil by the way. Since the inspection process is cumbersome, you can ask the dealer's service department to handle it. In order to measure accurately, the car must be put into the neutral position P, run at idle speed, and the car must be parked on a flat place, and the oil must be run to a working temperature of 80°C~93°C.

Note: Too much oil or too little oil may damage the gearbox. Too much oil may cause excessive running resistance of the parts, or cause the gearbox oil to foam and deteriorate, resulting in abnormal wear of the parts. When checking transmission fluid, be sure to measure accurately.

Power steering oil

Inspection: When the engine cools down, wipe off the fuel cap and the top of the oil storage tank, then unscrew the steering oil cap, wipe the oil dipstick with a clean lint-free paper towel, reinstall the lock, and then open it for inspection The oil level of the dipstick.

Brake Fluid

How to check: Just open the hood and see if the fluid level in the brake fluid pot is below the lower limit.

Note: Do not add brake fluid without checking the level of the brake fluid, so as not to add too much, and the brake fluid will be sprayed to the high-temperature engine, resulting in corrosion of the parts or even a fire. If there are air bubbles in the brake fluid, or the oil becomes dirty, it means that the brake fluid has deteriorated. Please replace it as soon as possible, so as not to cause bubbles due to the lowering of the boiling point of the brake fluid, resulting in poor braking effect and prone to danger.
